Vegan Chocolate Icing

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable milk (any kind)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  1. In a medium bowl add the icing sugar, vegan butter and vanilla extract and whisk until mixture is well combined.
  2. Add milk and cacao powder and continue mixing until smooth (if preferred you can use an electric mixer).
  3. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before using.
