Maca Tahini Brownies

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp mesquite powder
1 tbsp maca powder
3 tbsp cacao powder

Wet Ingredients
1 egg or flax egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup of cold butter
1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
2. In a bowl fluff together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder and cacao.
3. Using a food processor add egg and sugar; mix on high for about a minute. Then add tahini, cold butter and almond milk. Mix again for about another 2 minutes until everything is combined well and fluffy.
4. Add the mix of dry ingredients to the food processor and blend.
5. Line a 9×9 pan with wax paper and pour mixture in the pan.
*Grain-free doughs can be very sticky therefore it’s very important to line the pan.
6. Sprinkle ¼ cup of chocolate chips on top and push in using a spoon
7. Bake for about 25-30 mins.
8. Sprinkle with sea salt once out of the oven.
