Coconut Mint Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder
  • Pinch of cilantro (about 1 TBSP)
  • Pinch of parsley (about 1 TBSP)
  • 3 mint leaves (or one drop of food grade peppermint oil)
Instructions

Throw all ingredients in a blender with ice and give it a swirl.
