Ingredients
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of spinach or kale
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp mesquite powder
- Pinch of cilantro (about 1 TBSP)
- Pinch of parsley (about 1 TBSP)
- 3 mint leaves (or one drop of food grade peppermint oil)
Instructions
Throw all ingredients in a blender with ice and give it a swirl.
